I just placed an order, how do I know it has been approved?

If your order is successful, you will always receive an order confirmation via e-mail afterwards; if you do not find it in your inbox or among the spam within 3 hours of placing your order, please do contact us.

 

Are there any added costs?

The total price is always visible at the checkout before you proceed to pay. You will see the price for the goods and any extra fee for special shipping options at the checkout.

 

Is it possible to pre-order a product that is currently sold out?

No it is not, but on the product page you'll find a monitoring option. Enter your e-mail and we will then notify you when the desired size is back in stock.

 

How do I use my discount code?

You fill in the discount code at the checkout, and when you press "Add" the discount is then applied.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we haven't started prepping and packing your goods. You can find the cancellation option under My pages.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

If you did not choose to cancel the order yourself via the link in the order confirmation or via My Pages, your order has most likely been canceled due to an stock balance error. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and hope you'll find another model or item suitable for you.

 

How old do you have to be to order?

Anyone over the age of 18 can shop at peaksportecom.

 

I am interested in a product but it is sold out, when will it be in stock again?

We are working on making the restocking dates visible, for the time being it is possible to use the monitoring option on the product pages. Enter your e-mail and we will notify you once the product is in stock again.

 

I chose the wrong size in my order, is it possible to change?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the size or color of products in your order. You have the opportunity to cancel the entire order yourself on My Pages within an hour of the order being placed. If the time has passed, we ask you instead to return the item for a refund and place a new order, or to send it back for an exchange.

 

Can I make purchases as a business?

We do not currently offer that option. If you need additional documentation for your purchase, you can download your invoice through My Pages.

 

Do you have a physical store where it is possible to try the clothes?
