If you have a valid discount code, it must be applied at checkout before you are able to see your goods at a discounted price. A discount code can typically not be combined with other discount codes, price reductions or offers.

How does it work with discount in case of an exchange?
As we only allow size or colour exchanges for the same item at the same price, the prevailing price is the one approved at the time of the purchase.
I saw that you had an offer running yesterday but I did not have time to order, can I get the promotional price today?
No, price reductions are always limited in time. The current price in the online store applies. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter to take part in upcoming promotions.
I ordered yesterday and today the product is down in price, can you adjust the amount to pay?
No, in that case you may return the item and place a new order at the current price.
I forgot to add my discount code when I ordered, can you add it afterwards?
No, we cannot add a discount code afterwards. Please cancel your existing order and place a new order with your discount code applied at the checkout.
Can I buy a gift card?
No, we currently do not offer gift cards.
I subscribed to the newsletter and was promised a discount code, when will I receive it?
A welcome email with your discount code is sent to your email address once you have registered. If you cannot find the email, it may have ended up in the spam inbox. If you do not find it in there either, please contact us for assistance.
